Popular Baby Cradle Swings
Baby cradle swings can rock either back and forth or side to side. Standard baby swings rock back and forth only.
In a cradle swing, the baby sits in a seat on an incline.
A popular swing is the Fisher Price Ocean Wonders Aquarium, which costs about $85-100. It is a battery operated
model with six swing speeds. It features music, lights and water sounds. It has a two position seat decline, a rear storage
pouch and a removable tray with a toy bar. The built in infant support makes it more comfortable for the baby. Weight limit
is 25 lbs.
Another popular cradle swing is the Fisher Price Nature's Touch Baby Papasan, which costs about $115-130. It has
basically the same features as the Ocean Wonders model. The shape of the seat is a little more round, which offers more support
for the baby. It provides six speeds, 8 soothing songs and folds for storage. It can be used for babies up to 2 years
old.
