A Baby Wooden High Chair for an old fashioned Appeal
A baby wooden high chair has become
popular lately. It has an old fashioned appeal and might fit better into dining room decor.
It is less convenient, because it has fewer features. Generally, it does
have a reclining seat, but the height cannot be adjusted. It has no casters on legs and does not fold for storage.
The chair usually has dishwasher safe plastic tray liners and a washable seat padding. It is more difficult to clean, but tends to last longer.
The Cosco Eddie Bauer Natural Wood High Chair sells for about $90. Other wooden chairs range in price from
about $75-175.
A wooden chair is usually not as comfortable for babies as a modern plastic model.
A padded cushion may have to be purchased separately to make it more comfortable for the baby.
