Manual pumps are good for occasional use. They are cheap and portable. If you intend to use a breast pump more than once a day, an electric pump is recommended.

The pump includes two 5 oz. bottles, 2 collars, 2 caps, 2 sealing disks, 2 nipples, 1 bottle stand and 1 extra valve. The Express & Go pump also includes a carrying case with an insulated storage case, one ice gel pack and one nursing pad sample pack.
